Events Sync
Our intelligent integration continuously downloads the latest information from ArtifaxEvent and displays this directly within the shift management tools.
Select the rooms you wish to link to any StaffSavvy venues and configure each venue specifically for the team using it.
Filter out unconfirmed events and only include the information you wish to see such as Room bookings, booking status, event times and the Artifax Arrangement ID.
We also include direct links through to the event management pages in Artifax.
Resources Sync & automatic templates
Using our detailed resources sync options, you can choose all resources, just people resources or select the individual resource booking you are interested in.
These bookings are displayed alongside your scheduled shifts.
By linking StaffSavvy roles to ArtifaxEvent resources, we are able to automatically create shift templates from the resource bookings for an event. At the click of a button these can be assigned out to staff using your priorities, their skills and availability plus any contracted hours you must give them.

Cost Code Sync
Automatically use an ArtifaxEvent Custom Form Field as a cost code in StaffSavvy. The data is linked constantly in the background.
Easy produce cost reports per cost code anytime allowing you to export the costs per event directly from StaffSavvy.
You can also use these cost codes for your export for Payroll or your accounting package so that the correct costs are automatically assigned to the correct performances or promoters.
Form Field Sync
Pick and mix any combination of Custom form fields from ArtifaxEvent to be displayed along with your event information within StaffSavvy.
Any of your custom form fields can be chosen and displayed. You can customise this per department so technical teams see the technical details where as front of house teams simply see the details they need.
Automatic sync ensures they are constantly updated with the latest details from your main event.
This prevents staff needing access to multiple systems at the same time as all of the required details can be displayed within StaffSavvy whenever you are managing staff shifts.
Update ArtifaxEvent Automatically
Our deep integration with ArtifaxEvent allows us to push the names (and optional details such as shift costs) up to ArtifaxEvent Resource bookings so you can see exactly who is scheduled to provide each resource booking.
StaffSavvy can also automatically update the event status within ArtifaxEvent to confirm it’s fully staffed. This allows you to instantly see within ArtifaxEvent which events are missing any required staff.
