Flow Learning by Mapal is a learning management system for the hospitality industry.
Integrating Flow Learning into StaffSavvy keeps all your staff information together in one easy-to-manage profile. It makes it easier for your staff too, with only one login needed to manage their information.
Data & Certificate Sync
Once integrated, you can automatically match staff from StaffSavvy to their Flow Learning profile and download their completed certificates. The linked certificates will take them directly to their Flow Learning account.
Another feature available with the integration is that once training is completed on Flow Learning, it is then possible to download certificates into StaffSavvy.
Stay Compliant with Training Reminders
If there is training to be completed on Flow Learning, it will appear on a staff member’s StaffSavvy profile page under the Training & Roles tab and will direct them to complete the training on Flow Learning’s website, taking them to their linked account.
Flow Learning will allocate tasks to staff members based on the Job Title assigned to them in the StaffSavvy system, allowing you to automate who does what training easily.
You can track what staff have completed the necessary training for each role, and the system will only assign them shifts when they have passed all the essential exams. With this integration, you’ll be sure to stay on top of your compliance training.
