StaffSavvy Product Update October 2024
Today a new update is live for all StaffSavvy users. We are excited to launch improvements suggested by our users over the last six months. It’s important to us to innovate and update our software offering in line with customer needs.
New Features 2024
1. Auto Fill Deployment Patterns
In our June update, we released our exciting new feature Shift Deployments. Our customers felt that we could automate this feature even more. We agreed. Automation is the key to time-saving, and that is what we pride ourselves in: saving you time. So we have now introduced the option for you to auto fill deployment patterns.

2. New Triggers
We have added 5 new trigger events, taking our total triggers to 52. Using triggers is the key to time saving on repetitive admin tasks. So the more you can automate the more time you save. The new triggers in this release are for when;
an extra shift is taken
an account is X duration old
there have been X occurrences of a type of absence within a set duration
there have been X days of a type of absence within a set duration (FTE days)
a staff member clocks out from a shift that has tasks remaining incomplete
As well as that you can now assign a check in form using a trigger.
3. Recruitment Improvements
Users of our Recruitment Add-on now have more control over live applications, viewing applicant history, and managing the interview calendar.
