We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. This policy tells you how we will collect and use your personal data, and what you should expect in respect of the personal information about you that we have collected.
To ensure the effectiveness, accessibility, and sustainability of our unlimited manager training & support offering, we’ve established the following Fair Use Policy. This policy is designed to promote equitable access for all clients while maintaining the quality and integrity of the training experience.
What “Unlimited” Means
Managers may request training sessions & support as often as needed, without a fixed cap, provided that usage remains reasonable and aligned with the goal of learning the system.
Fair Use Guidelines
To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or withhold training & support under the following circumstances:
Excessive Repeat Requests: If a manager repeatedly requests training on the same topic without demonstrable progress or application, we may pause further sessions until prior learnings are implemented.
High-Frequency Usage: If training is requested at a frequency that significantly exceeds typical usage patterns and begins to impact availability for others, we may introduce scheduling limits or prioritisation.
Non-Training Use: Requests that appear to be for purposes other than learning or reporting technical issues (e.g., avoidance of responsibilities or misuse of trainer time) may be declined.
Scheduling & Availability
While we strive to accommodate all requests promptly, training sessions are subject to trainer availability and may be scheduled based on priority, relevance, and fairness to other participants.
Our Commitment
We’re committed to supporting every client in the best way possible. If training is paused or delayed, we’ll provide guidance for self-training including guides and videos.
