StaffSavvy Update and New Features June 2024
Last week, we released a big update, with many improvements to the software and three headline new features.
New Features June 2024
1. Shift Deployments
This feature allows you to station staff members in different areas of a venue throughout the day, schedule this into your shifts, and print off this information so you can leave physical copies of the deployments in the venue.
Shift Deployments is the perfect tool for venues where staff move around a venue during a shift.
2. Cases
You can now create cases for ongoing issues that can be logged and investigated internally. This provides an entirely digital way to log and manage cases, keeping all your information securely in an easily trackable place.

3. Jobs & Organisation Hierarchy
This new feature means that you can create jobs and roles and set who they report to. You are then able to view this in a visual hierarchy, so you can clearly view the chain of command.

Enable New Features
New features are turned off by default so as not to cause confusion. When you’re ready to start using them, go to System > Configuration > Global Settings > Features. From there, you can choose which features you’d like to enable.
