THE ROADMAP TO RE-OPENING!

Last Monday Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave us the roadmap we’ve all been eagerly anticipating.

As the country prepares for the slow but steady ease of national restrictions. How robust are your systems when it comes to protecting your staff effectively upon the return to work? Now is the time to be looking at the current systems you have in place and see if they are working for you.

If not, we can help ensure that you get the most from your workforce ready for reopening.

Here are how our Check-In forms can make the return easier for you.

Check-In forms.

These are designed as short multiple-choice forms that can be completed quickly and often before staff begin their shift. They help to ensure that staff are symptom-free and ready to work without putting other staff and customers at risk.

Certain answers that are given within the form can be marked as raising an alarml this can automatically alert line managers or operations managers. It can also, if desired, automatically suspend the shift and try to find another staff member to cover it.

For example, if you ask your staff if they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and they answer yes which was set as an alarming answer. Then the triggered alarm response can then be used to automatically cancel employee shifts, blocking their time entry, dispatching emails, tasks and more.

They are great to monitor if there are any potential concerns from a staff member, or to confirm that they have no concerns. Management still has complete control over the questions asked to staff and will receive a full report showing all of the responses.

Reporting on check-in forms.

After staff have completed the check-in forms, management will be able to view the full report with all of the provided answers. From this, you will be able to filter the dates and forms at the top as well as only viewing the reports that have raised alarms. Making sure that you can deal with any problems and risks, quickly and efficiently.

By using check-in forms you are monitoring the wellness of your staff, whilst also making sure there is no risk to your team or even the public. Making sure your systems are robust and ready for the return to work, is critical for the months ahead.
